Networking is about meeting people and building long-term relationships. You need a vehicle to meet the right people, those with both a buying and selling power, from the right companies – representing a broad range of services and with a similar attitude towards active networking.


Business Network Scotland
Business Network Scotland provides the ideal environment for meeting potential customers, for finding new suppliers, for exchanging ideas, and for developing a productive referral network, where business leads are willingly passed amongst members.





How does it work?
Business Network Scotland holds monthly networking events in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The events bring together decision makers from a wide range of businesses with a common aim - to promote their business and to expand their network of service providers.

Attendance is restricted to decision makers who have both a buying and selling authority. Also, to ensure a good balance, numbers from similar types of business are restricted.

The Procedure
Each monthly BNS event takes the form of a structured two-hour session from 12 noon to 2pm. Following a pre-lunch reception during which there is opportunity to mingle and chat, you will be seated on a table with decision makers from other businesses, but none competitive with your own profession.

Following a short address from the chairperson, each person at your table will be given the opportunity to explain about their company or service.

Each month you sit with a different group, or you may choose to be seated with someone specific. This interactive session during lunch has proved very successful in developing business relations amongst members.

The Final Step
Once you have experienced one of our networking events you will be better placed to consider membership.

Membership is corporate and open to all types and sizes of business. Membership is restricted to decision makers at Director, Partner or Senior Management level within your company and so that each category of business represents no more than 5% of the total membership.

Membership costs £245.00 plus VAT per annum.
